- Demo site disclaimer. Our website displays demonstration websites that may contain demonstration content, AI-generated images, placeholder information, or sample design elements during the development process. Final content is replaced with daycare-approved information upon activation.
Billing, Payments, and Subscription Services
Valley Daycare Sites offers website services through recurring monthly subscription plans. By selecting a service plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription billing. Your selected plan will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Payment agreement. By signing up for a plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service level. Payment methods and billing details will be arranged during onboarding.
- Service suspension. If payment is not received within a reasonable grace period, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is brought current. Repeated non-payment may result in service termination.
- Pricing changes. We may adjust our pricing from time to time. Existing clients will receive advance notice of any price changes before they take effect. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the new pricing or cancel your plan.
- Plan changes. The features included in specific plans may change over time as we improve our services. We will provide notice of material changes to your plan's features.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time by providing notice to us via phone, text, email, or our contact form. Here is how cancellations work:
- No long-term contracts. Unless you have signed a separate written agreement specifying a longer term, services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.
- End-of-billing-period access. When you cancel, your services remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for unused days.
- Content transition. Upon cancellation, we will work with you to transfer your website content and any materials you own. We recommend requesting this transition before your final billing period ends.
Refund Policy
Because our website design and digital services are custom in nature — built specifically for each client's daycare — the following refund terms apply:
- Custom work. Fees for website design and development work that has already been completed are generally not refundable, as the work is tailored specifically for your business and cannot be returned.
- Monthly services. Monthly subscription fees for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support cover the service period and are not prorated for partial months.
- Case-by-case review. We understand that circumstances vary. If you have a concern about charges, please contact us directly. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
We value our client relationships and aim to treat every situation with fairness and understanding.

- Some websites displayed in our portfolio may contain demonstration content, including sample text, placeholder information, or example program details that do not represent an actual daycare.
- Images shown on demo sites may include AI-generated imagery or licensed stock photography used for demonstration purposes.
- Demo sites are created to show design possibilities and layout options. Final client websites are customized with your daycare's real information, photos, and approved content.
- Pricing, licensing information, program details, and testimonials shown on demo sites are fictional examples and should not be relied upon as accurate.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for clients who violate these Terms of Service. Clients may cancel their service at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, we will work with you to transition your website content as outlined in your service agreement.
